By using the Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence to enter into binding contracts. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned.
2.1 Product Description
Buhron® offers a professional-grade, two-step metal care system: (1) an impregnated polishing cloth that removes surface tarnish, oxidation, and fine scratches; and (2) a dry microfibre cloth that buffs residual polish to a high-gloss mirror finish. Products are EU-manufactured and sold in single packs and multi-pack tins.
The polishing cloth contains non-toxic lubricating oils and a specialised polishing compound. It is safe for skin and does not contain hazardous substances. The cloth darkens naturally during use — this is part of the process and does not affect performance. Store cloths in their original sealed packaging between uses; do not wash or rinse them, as this removes the polishing compound.
2.2 Scope of Results — Important Clarification
Where Buhron® product descriptions, packaging, or marketing materials refer to "removing scratches" or "restoring shine to all metals", these statements refer specifically to fine surface scratches, light tarnish, and oxidation on solid polished metals. They do not apply to:

2.3 Compatible Surfaces
Buhron® products are designed and tested for use on solid and polished metal surfaces, including:
For items of significant monetary, antique, or irreplaceable value, we recommend testing on a hidden area first or consulting a professional before use.
2.4 Surfaces Requiring Caution or Avoidance
⚠ Do not use on brushed metal surfaces — use will permanently remove the brushed texture. This damage is irreversible.
Chrome: compatible for solid and thick-plated only. If unsure of plating thickness, treat as thin plating.
Thinly plated surfaces: use gentle pressure only, test on a hidden area first, and inspect regularly. Buhron® accepts no liability for plating wear resulting from use.
Not suitable for: anodised, lacquered, coated, or painted surfaces; satin or matte finishes; soft or porous materials (pearls, fabric, leather, enamel, wood).
Always test on a small hidden area before full application. Keep out of reach of children.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon order confirmation and dispatch. Buhron® reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order. Unless stated, prices exclude applicable taxes, VAT, shipping, customs, or import charges. Where VAT is applicable, it will be shown at checkout. For orders outside the EU, local taxes and import duties are your sole responsibility.
Buhron® ships internationally. All delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. EU consumers retain all statutory delivery rights under applicable EU consumer law.

6.1 EU/EEA Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal from date of receipt. Item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Returns of opened items are not accepted under the hygiene exception (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Return shipping at your expense. Refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
6.2 Outside EU: All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6.3 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items (All Regions): Contact us at contact@buhron.com immediately with proof of purchase. We cover return shipping and will resolve with a replacement or full refund.
6.4 Non-Returnable Items: Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where confirmed defective.

US Customers: Sales are made directly by Buhron®, a Netherlands-based business. These Terms are governed by Dutch law; however, nothing limits any mandatory rights you may have under US federal or state law. The limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law. Some states do not allow certain exclusions.
EU/EEA Customers: Your mandatory statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national consumer protection law are not affected by these Terms. All content on the Site — including the Buhron® name, logo, product imagery, descriptions, design elements, and slogans — is the exclusive property of Buhron® or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Buhron® is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Buhron®. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Buhron®. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Buhron®.
All personal data we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in compliance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Dutch data protection law.

This disclaimer does not affect your mandatory statutory rights.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUHRON® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA.
Specifically, Buhron® shall not be liable for any damage to personal property arising from: (a) use on brushed, satin, anodised, lacquered, or other unsupported surfaces; (b) use on thinly plated surfaces without stated precautions; (c) failure to follow product instructions; or (d) reliance on general marketing language rather than the specific surface guidance in Section 2.
Buhron®'s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buhron®, Shopify, and our respective affiliates from any losses, damages, or claims arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of our products contrary to the instructions and warnings provided.
We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections 7, 8, 9, 12, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 22 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide for local jurisdiction. 22.1 Severability: If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
22.2 Waiver; Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements.
22.3 Assignment: You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
