The product we were building required two chemical outcomes that genuinely resist each other. Fine scratch removal without harsh abrasion, mirror reflection that actually holds. That trade-off is why other products settled for partial results. But that is what we refused to accept. We found the formulation that resolves it. It took five years and a lot of rejected work.

We made one thing and made it as well as we could for as long as it took, because we noticed too. That's the whole reason we exist.
