1. Where We Ship

Buhron® ships from our studio in Bussum, the Netherlands. We currently ship to:

  • European Union — most EU member states
  • United Statescoming soon; orders will be accepted once shipping is confirmed available at checkout

If your country is not listed or not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@buhron.com and we will do our best to find a solution.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched same day or next business day after payment is confirmed, provided the order is placed before our daily dispatch cut-off.

Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Processing time is separate from delivery time — your tracking confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. PostNL and most carriers do not deliver on Sundays in the Netherlands.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options at checkout where available. Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

European Union

  • Standard (PostNL / DPD): 2–5 business days
  • Express (DHL / PostNL Priority): 1–3 business days, tracking included

United Kingdom

  • Standard (PostNL / DPD): 3–7 business days
  • Express (DHL Express): 2–4 business days, tracking included

United States (Coming Soon)

  • Standard (PostNL / DHL): 7–14 business days
  • Express (DHL Express): 3–6 business days, tracking included

All delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. You will see all available options and their exact costs before confirming payment — no surprises. Costs are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

5. Order Tracking

  • Express shipping — full end-to-end tracking included on all express orders.
  • Standard shipping — tracking is available on most routes but not guaranteed on all destinations. Where available, a tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

If you require tracking, we recommend selecting the express option at checkout. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.

6. Duties, Taxes & Customs

European Union: No customs duties or import taxes apply. VAT is included in the price shown at checkout where applicable.

United Kingdom: Buhron® covers all applicable UK duties and taxes — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the total you pay.

United States (Coming Soon): Buhron® ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all US import duties and taxes are covered by us. What you see at checkout is what you pay, nothing more on delivery.

7. Parcel Lockers & Pickup Points

Delivery to parcel lockers and carrier pickup points (PostNL service points, DHL ServicePoints, DPD Pickup) is available in select countries where supported by the carrier. Where available, this option will appear at checkout.

Buhron® is not responsible for orders that are returned to sender or undeliverable due to locker capacity, incorrect locker codes, or pickup point closures.

8. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders

Lost orders: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated window, contact us at contact@buhron.com. Once a shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your proof of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Delayed orders: Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control do not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs. If a delay is significant and unreasonable, please reach out and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

For tracked shipments, we require carrier confirmation that a parcel is officially lost before issuing a replacement or refund. This typically takes 10–15 business days from the date the investigation is opened.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Buhron® is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@buhron.com. We will do our best to update before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels may be reshipped at your expense or refunded minus the original shipping cost.

10. Weekends, Holidays & Delays

  • Weekends: Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day.
  • Dutch public holidays: Our studio does not dispatch on Dutch national holidays. Processing resumes the next working day.
  • No Sunday delivery: PostNL and most Dutch carriers do not deliver on Sundays.
  • Peak periods: During Sint Nicolaas, Christmas, New Year, and other peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual.
  • Destination holidays: Public holidays in your country may also delay delivery.
