1. How to Request a Return

All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

1. Email us at contact@buhron.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we will send you a return authorisation and instructions including the return address.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.

Do not send returns without prior approval.

2. EU — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The item must be:

• Unopened and in its original sealed packaging;
• In the same condition as received, with all original contents intact.

We cannot accept returns on any item whose packaging has been opened or unsealed after delivery. This is a valid hygiene exception under EU law (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refund processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

3. UK — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

UK consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The same conditions apply: item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Your UK statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

4. Outside EU & UK

We do not offer a statutory return window for orders outside the EU and UK. All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 6). This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under local consumer protection law.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances, except where confirmed defective or incorrect:

• Opened or unsealed polishing cloths or microfibre cloths;
• Products that have been used, even partially;
• Products whose original packaging has been damaged or discarded after delivery;
• Items returned without prior authorisation from Buhron®.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@buhron.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase;
• A clear photo or description of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

We will cover all return shipping costs. You will receive either a full replacement or a full refund — your choice. We aim to resolve all such cases within 5 business days.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2 business days. If approved:

• Refund processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item;
• Issued to your original payment method;
• Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

For EU and UK withdrawals, original outbound shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
